Assembly & School Timing

🕗 8:30 AM – 11:50 PM
🚫 All Sundays are Holidays
(The office remains closed every Sunday throughout the session)
- Schools hours are from 8 am – 1:30pm Students must be in the school premises at 8 am. (Once they reach the school the students are expected to sit and study their lessons before the assembly).
*At the first warning bell, all must move towards the assembly ground.
*At the second bell, all must form proper lines and a prayer service will be conducted.
*After the prayer, students shall go to their respective class rooms in perfect silence and order.
2. All the teaching staff and the students are to be present in the morning assembly which to be held every school day at 8:10 am within the school compound.
3. Students and staff who are conspicuous by their regular absences in the morning assembly as well as in the Devotion will be punishable.
4. Students must come with neat and tidy with full uniforms with short nails, short hairs and combed neatly with a polishing / shining shoes and will be check everyday in assembly ground.
Absence and Leave
1. Once student come to school, they are not permitted to leave the school during school hours without special permission of the Headmaster.
2. Any student coming late must produce before the Headmaster written justification on his/her regularly record.
3. To get admitted to the class room the one who has been absent or late must show the teacher-in-charge of his/her regularity record already counter signed by the Headmaster.
4. After absence from class, Students must brings before the Headmaster a written justification from their parents or guardians both the regularity record of the handbook and in a separate letter. Any false letters will be severely dealt with.
5. Any student is found absent for a day or part of a day without proper leave will be fined.
6. If any student is found absent without proper leave for 10 (ten) days or more continuously his/her name shall be removed from the school register and re-admissions will only be permissible on payment of ₹500/- only as Re-admission fee.
7. Towards the end of the academic year the percentage of attendance of each student will be counted. Anyone whose percentage of attendance is below 80% will not be eligible and his/her promotion to the higher class will be effected.

They may be allowed to sit for the examination only after the payment of ₹600/-.
Fees Instruction
1. Tuition fees for each month are to be paid on or before the 15th of next month. A fine of ₹50 per month will be imposed for late payment of fees. Fees for the holidays must be paid in advance together with the fees for the current month.
2. Student who has not paid school and hostel fees will not be allowed to appear at the Examination.
3. Promotion result of the student whose fees and dues (both school and hostel) for current academic year remain unpaid will be withheld.
Examinations and Promotions
1. In the Academic year the following examination will be held at regular intervals.
a) Periodic Test 1.
b) Half Yearly Examination.
c) Periodic Test 2.
d) Annual Examination.
2. No text books, note books or other papers should be brought inside the examination hall. Students found copying or practising unfair means during the examination or discovered subsequently will be severely dealt with.
3. To Secure the present need, the school have prepared progress cards to be issued to each and every student after the announcement of the result of the Examination in order to know and judge the students themselves in respect of their position and progress.
4. The progress cards will be issued to the students only for a week (7 days) duration. They have to return the card duly signed by the parents to the school office on or before the expiry of the said period.
5. if any student loses or spoils the card, he/she may get new card from the school office on payment of ₹100/- only.
