Introduction
Standard English School was established by Independent Church of India in 1990, registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 with Registration No.2154 of 1992, dated, Agartala, 23rd November 1992. The School is recognized by the department of Education, Government of Tripura and affiliated under CBSE New Delhi, with the noble aim of uplifting the poor and downtrodden people of Tripura through education and to give aspiring and countless children a sound physical, intellectual, moral and Quality Education.
Seeking to ensure all opportunities to all classes of people irrespective of caste, creed, colour, gender, race, religion and language. Also aiming at giving the children a sound physical, intellectual, moral and spiritual education. In short, seeking to bring about reformation and a new awakening in every sphere of life especially in the field of education.
It is the Mission of the school to bring these young minds out of the darkness to the light, to train them and equip them with the knowledge of modern science and technology, and to prepare them to be future leaders of the society, of the state, and of our great nation, India. Furthermore, to motivate and encourage the students to take initiative tasks in transforming Society through education and to enlighten the Tribals in unlocking the door for development and to remove the bottleneck of the backward society.
Standard English School, Kisong envisions an integral and holistic development of the child, so as to enable him/her to live a free, just and honest life, empowering him/her to face the world with zest and contribute to the welfare of humanity.
